Adriana Padron – Board Certified Prosthodontist in Rockford ILDDS
Dr. Adriana Padron is a fourth generation dentist from both sides of her family. Since she was a child, she always showed interest in dentistry. In 2013, she graduated with honors from NOVA Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL earning her Doctorate in Medical Dentistry. She then was accepted in University of Illinois-Chicago College of Dentistry’s Prosthodontic Specialty Program. This is a three year program, which Dr. Padron graduated from in May 2016.
She made the decision to obtain her degree in Prosthodontics because she enjoys helping people in a field where she can apply knowledge, art, science and beauty. Prosthodontists specialize in treating and handling dental and facial problems that involve restoring missing tooth and jaw structures. A prosthodontist is highly trained in cosmetics, dental implants, crowns, bridges, dentures, temporomandibular disorders (TMJ/TMD), and more. Dr Adriana became a Board Certified Prosthodontist in February 2017, attaining the highest level of proficiency within the specialty.
